3. I was being sassy when I made my bet with /u/lushacrous but I honestly doubted Beach House. Thankfully, I genuinely think this is a great record. Thank Your Lucky Stars is up there with Bloom in terms of energy and even though it's still dream pop, it has more of a rock vibe to it than anything Beach House has done before. Instead of letting the music stagnate like they did on Depression.

4. Beach House's debut album, though, is my remedy for a sad night. It's kind of hard to describe, but while the album is incredibly lo-fi, it's very comforting and has the quality of something you'd watch on an HD tv, it feels like a journey from the beginning to the end/5(27).
